11am Fiddle N’ Fun for Kids: Join us at the library for an interactive music class. This morning we will learn how to play the Fiddlestix, a one string instrument that has been proven to prepare young musicians for learning the violin. Recommended for ages 3 – 9. Space is limited. Tickets will be distributed on a first come basis a half hour before show time. Caregivers must be present in the library during all kids’ and family programs.

1pm Jam Session for Teens: Drums, Strings, & Other Things! This interactive jam session workshop will explore different genres of music, songwriting, and techniques used in “jamming.” Bring your own instrument or use one that is provided for the workshop. To ensure enough instruments, registration is required.
