StoryWalk® Construction is Complete!

Our StoryWalk® is complete! Visit the library from dawn to dusk to walk and enjoy an outdoor story.

This project would not have been possible without the generosity and support of many partners. StoryWalk® was made possible by generous grants from the Champlin Foundation, the van Beuren Charitable Foundation, Tiverton Power, the John Clarke Trust, Bally’s Tiverton, and the Tiverton Library Foundation. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to bringing enriching programs to our community.

We would also like to extend special thanks to David Fierbrand and the Groundswell Design Group, whose initial concept drawings helped inspire and shape this project from the very beginning. The current pathway around the library building was thoughtfully designed by Shannon Rozea of Thrive Outside and Joseph James of Eponymous Practice, whose expertise brought this vision to life.

An image of a Story Walk post in the group with rock behind. Two butterflies are at the base of the post and the post contains an image which reads, "Welcome to Our StoryWalk."

A long view of the Story Walk Path. It contains 3 posts and you can see an umbrella and Adirondack chairs in the distance. Trees line the walkway. The paved Story Walk path showing story walk posts with book pages, a metal picnic table and an open stand umbrella.
