Join Miss Meg, Mr. Monkey, and Little Library Bunny for storytime and playtime adventures at the library. Read on to see the many programs we offer during the school year!

Storytime Adventures

Join Miss Meg and Mr. Monkey in the Community Room for stories, songs, and games.

When: Select Mondays

            Offered at 10:05 am & repeated at 10:45 am
Where: Community Room
Who: Ages 1 – 5.

Babytime

Join Little Library Bunny and Miss Meg for a storytime just for babies. There will be stories, rhymes, songs, and bounces followed by a special playtime designed for crawlers.

When: Select Wednesdays
             10:15 am – 10:45 am

Where: Children’s Library – Toddler area
Who:  Infants and babies up to 18 months.

Playtime with Mr. Monkey and Friends
A Preschool Playgroup

It’s playtime at the library! Drop by the activity room on select Thursday mornings to play and learn with Mr. Monkey. We will be practicing a variety of skills to get ready for school as we play with blocks, puzzles, and other seasonal toys and games set up around the room.

When: Select Thursdays

Who: Ages 3 – 5.

Storytime To-Go

Visit the children’s room and pick up the materials you need for a fun storytime adventure at home with Kanopy Streaming.

When: Monthly, usually distributed on the 1st Wednesday of the month

One kit per child, while supplies last

Seasonal Storytimes

Boo to You! A Not So Scary Storytime

Put on your Halloween costume and join Miss Meg for silly Halloween stories and songs before joining Mr. Monkey on a trick-or-treat parade around the library.

When: Thursday, October 29th, 10:15 am – 11:00 am
Where: Community Room
Who: Recommended for ages 0-6.
