Join Dr. Post, a contributing author to the landmark book “Medication as Medication for the Soul” by bestselling author Rajinder Singh, for this program that can inspire us to begin,deepen, or expand a daily practice of meditation. The book is now in print in 5 languages. There will be a short meditation sitting during the talk. No special clothing or equipment necessary. The presentation is free and open to the public.
