Extraordinary Women of Tiverton Presentation
Monday, September 16th, 6-7pm in the Community Room
What do a Pocasset sachem, an ice cream maker, a librarian, a farmer/rug hooker, a school teacher, a chef, and a mother of eleven children have in common? They are all extraordinary women of Tiverton.
Come hear about their lives in a presentation by Susan Anderson, Outreach and Education Coordinator of the Tiverton Historical Society. Afterward, tour the Extraordinary Women of the East Bay Exhibit and learn about others from neighboring communities. The exhibit will be on display in the library through September.
