Wisdom Healing Qigong practices are gentle movements, meditations, sounds and visualizations allowing you to connect with your mind, body, heart, and spirit. The practice will focus on decreasing physical and emotional stress and help increase your energy. Opening up blocked energy in our bodies allows for chi (life-force energy) to flow. Stuck or constricted chi is one of the main causes of illness and dis-ease. The purpose of this practice is to “Activate and Embody Wisdom and Energy For Health, Healing and Happiness” for yourself and others.
