Rhode Island Library Day

Saturday, April 13, all day

Help us celebrate this year’s theme, “Libraries = Strong Communities,” by participating in some fantastic events:

  • Got fines? Bring in any overdue library materials and we’ll forgive any fines attached to those items.
  • Join Library Director Catherine Damiani at 10am for coffee and donuts in the Community Room. Drop-in for refreshments, hear about all of our upcoming library events and happenings, and tell us what you love most about your library. Free and open to all ages.
  • Visit the Children’s Room from 11am-1pm for a bookmark craft. Visit the library lollipop tree for a special treat and a chance to win a book.
  • From 1-3pm, bring your own light-colored T-shirt to the Community Room and learn how to screen-print our custom Library Day design.
  • And don’t forget to shop from our newly stocked Book Nook, care of the Friends of Tiverton Libraries!
